The Development Review Procedures Manual (DRPM) is intended to help users of the Land Development Code (LDC) understand the review and decision-making processes outlined in the LDC. The DRPM includes information on application submittal requirements and review procedures for each review process.
To schedule an appointment to submit a zoning application into a zoning review process call (813) 277-1630 or send an e-mail. Application must be submitted in person by appointment to a zoning in-take technician in the PGM offices located at 601 E. Kennedy Boulevard, 20th Floor, in downtown Tampa.
General Text Amendments to the Development Review Procedures Manual (DRPM) Information
Amendments to the DRPM are initiated through several means, such as the Board of County Commissioner's direction, Planning & Growth Management Department clarification and industry changes.
