The Development Review Procedures Manual (DRPM) is intended to help users of the Land Development Code (LDC) understand the review and decision-making processes outlined in the LDC. The DRPM includes information on application submittal requirements and review procedures for each review process.

To schedule an appointment to submit a zoning application into a zoning review process call (813) 277-1630 or send an e-mail to zoninginfo@hillsboroughcounty.org. Application must be submitted in person by appointment in the Zoning Counseling Center located at 601 E. Kennedy Boulevard, 20th Floor, in downtown Tampa.
