LUHO and ZHM Public Hearings Combined into Single Hearing Date

• Starting Monday, January 23, 2012 Land Use Hearing Officer (LUHO) public hearings and Zoning Hearing Master (ZHM) public hearings will be held on the same dates. 
• Hearing dates will be scheduled on Mondays and held in the Commissioner’s Chambers on the 2nd floor of the County Center in downtown Tampa unless otherwise noted on the LUHO/ZHM hearing schedule. 

LUHO applications will be noticed for 1:30 p.m.:
Variances, Administrative Decision Appeals, Vested Rights, and Vested Rights Extensions

ZHM applications will be noticed for 6:00 p.m.:
Rezoning to Standard or PD districts, Major Modification to PD districts, Special Uses, and Expansion of Non-Conforming Uses

Note:  Minor Modifications to PD districts (PRS applications) will continue to be noticed for the BOCC Land Use Meetings at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays unless otherwise noted on the BOCC Land Use Meeting & PRS schedule.
