land development, and design of commercial and residential development. This code is available on-line through Related Links.
Property owners, and representatives thereof, who require information about the use of their property and any change in the use or zoning district of
their property should contact Zoning Counseling

Amendments to the Land Development Code are initiated through several means, such as, the Board of County Commissioner's direction, Planning &
Growth Management department clarification and industry changes.
