You must have some basic property information to determine your zoning district. A property "folio" number is required. Your folio number may be found on your annual property tax statement. This may also be called a STRAP Number or Property Information Number (PIN). Folio numbers may also be obtained by calling the Property Appraiser's Office, (813) 272- 6100 or at their website.
