Rezoning Pre-submittal Conferences allow applicants the opportunity to discuss proposed zoning changes with staff representatives. Typically, applicants can expect to be provided information on possible zoning district options, staff issues/concerns, time frames, rezoning application submittal requirements and associated fees. The Planning and Growth Management Department also offers informal walk-in (no appointment needed) zoning counseling 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday on the 20th Floor of the County Center, 601 E.
