A countywide call center, "Hillsborough County InfoL!ne 272-5900," open seven days a week. Hours of operations are 9am - 9pm Monday -Wednesday; 9am - 8pm Thursday; 10am-6pm Friday & Saturday and 10am - 5pm on Sunday. It receives more than 145,000 citizen requests for county services via telephones, fax and e-mail; handles complaints quickly and courteously; and disseminates accurate information and appropriate referrals to community social service and health agencies and county offices.
