The Memoria In Aeterna Community Conservation Advisory Committee included members from the Hillsborough County Historical Commission, United Daughters of the Confederacy (U.D.C.) Tampa Chapter #113, and Preserving Our Heritage, Inc. who volunteered to participate on the project.

The conservation of Memoria In Aeterna is a cultural and historic project supported in part by Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa and Save Outdoor Sculture!, the national inventory and public awareness project co-sponsored by the National Museum of American Art, Smithsonian Institution, and the National Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Property.

The City of Tampa Art in Public Places program is the lead organization in Hillsborough County for Save Outdoor Sculpture! and supports the County's efforts to conserve its historic monuments and contemporary sculpture.
