Hillsborough County uses many different surface treatments to maintain its vast roadway network. Some of those methods are Resurfacing, Reconstruction, Microsurfacing, Micropaving, Sand Seal, and Hot-in-Place. The roads that may actually receive one of the treatments may be different due to field conditions that exist at the time.
