PIMS is a part of the County's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP is the financial plan of approved capital projects, their timing and cost over a six year period in the first year of a biennial budget, and over a five-year period in the second year of a five-year biennial budget. PIMS is the system of hardware, software and methodologies used to efficiently track the information needed to manage the CIP delivery system. The PIMS web pages allow you to obtain information about non-historical CIP projects being worked on near your location and throughout the County. There are projects that have been designated as countywide (sidewalks, street repairs), these types of projects occur on an irregular or as needed basis. The email link provides the opportunity to contact the County's Communication Department with specific questions or comments. A link to the County's annual CIP budget book online is also provided.
