2005 Florida American Public Works Association's (APWA) Annual Conference   In mid-April 2005, Hillsborough County Public Works Department will host the 2005 Florida American Public Works Association’s (APWA) annual conference and tradeshow. Part of this event is a Professional Skills Competition that will take place at various locations on the Midway area of the Florida State Fairgrounds.
