Hanley Road and Waters Avenue Intersection Improvements (CIP #69351)
The Hanley Road and Waters Avenue Intersection Improvements include:
The addition of a second or dual westbound to southbound left-turn lane along Waters Avenue. The addition of an exclusive northbound to eastbound right-turn lane along Hanley Road. Extension of the southbound to eastbound left-turn lane along Hanley Road, and Median access restrictions adjacent to the intersection along Hanley Road and along Waters Avenue east of the intersection.
