Lutz Lake Fern Road Widening Segment 2 (CIP # 61052)

Lutz Lake Fern Road from east of the Suncoast Parkway to east of the Boulevard of the Roses will be widened from a two lane roadway to a four-lane divided highway.  It will include bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides and raised concrete and grassed medians throughout. As part of the construction, designated right and left-turn lanes will be constructed at the entrance to Mckitrick Elementary, Martinez Middle and Steinbrenner High Schools. In addition, a traffic signal will be installed at the entrance to Steinbrenner High and Martinez Middle Schools.
