N. Lakeview Drive & Dale Mabry and Northdale Blvd and Dale Mabry (CIP #XXXXXX)
N. Lakeview Drive S. is a four lane road with a posted limit of 35 mph, serving a mixture of commercial and residential uses. Due to the increase of residents into the surrounding area and continued development along the Dale Mabry Highway corridor, the intersection is operating beyond its design capacity, resulting in significant vehicle delay due to traffic congestion and a high number of vehicle accidents. In addition, N. Lakeview Blvd. S. lacks sidewalk connectivity on the southside and bicycle lanes throughout the project.
