The department provides real estate support for county agencies
and Constitutional Officers.
Specific services include survey and GIS/mapping, real estate
acquisition and technical support, Lease Administration,
Environmental Land purchases, and the management of County rights of way. Services offered to the public: sale of aerial maps, processing
vacating petitions and right of way use permits, providing information about maps, plats, rights of
way, and maintaining records on county real estate transactions.
