The department provides real estate support for county agencies and Constitutional Officers. In addition, it is responsible for the maintenance of over 306 county facilities, such as the County Center, Courthouse, libraries and other buildings. Specific services include survey and GIS/mapping, real estate acquisition and technical support, property management, Architectural Services, Environmental Land purchases, and the management of facilities construction projects. Services offered to the public: sale of aerial maps, processing vacating petitions, providing information about maps, plats, rights of way, and maintaining records on county real estate transactions. |
