Terms and Conditions of Sealed Bid Sale
 

Concerning Conditions:

The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, reserves the right to waive any technicality or informality in the best interest of the County, reserves the right to ascertain that the highest bid can be honored, and reserves the right to select the highest bid.

The property is being sold in “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition subject to “ALL FAULTS”. Bidders are urged to thoroughly inspect the property before submitting a bid. The purchaser/buyer must rely on his/her own information, inspection, record and determination.

Concerning Terms:

  • A separate bid proposal is required for each parcel.
  • Bidders must comply with the instructions for submitting a bid.
  • A bid deposit of 10 percent of the full purchase price is required to be submitted with each sealed bid.
  • Deed of conveyance shall be in a form prescribed by Florida Statutes Section 125.411(3).
  • Buyer shall be responsible for all closing and recording costs.
  • Buyer shall have all tests and inspections completed prior to the bid opening deadline.
