This Section of the Real Estate Services Department manages the permitting process, field inspection and
restoration of the rights of way of the County whenever individuals or
entities want to perform any type of work within the rights of way.
As a participating member of the Greater Tampa Utilities Group (GTUG)
and Florida Utilities Coordinating Committee (FUCC), this office
administers utility coordination, both internal and external to the
County, in order to minimize conflicts in the design and construction
of projects going into the rights of way.
