Overview

You can view your account information, pay your bill, set-up autopay, request a payment extension, manage email notifications and update phone and address information here. Other payment options include pay-by-phone, mail or in-person at various locations.

Things To Consider

  • If you received a two-month bill or a discontinue notice, please use our 24/7 automated pay-by-phone or online service
  • If your account is turned off for non-payment, it will not be restored until the next working day after your full payment is received
  • All payments that post after the due date on the bill impact the account’s credit score, which may result in a deposit increase review of the account
  • Do not pay water restriction violations online or by phone
  • To pay water restriction violations, use the envelope provided with the citation, or pay in person at our Northwest or Brandon Support Customer Service Centers

      • Find this on your bill or call our Customer Service Center at (813) 272-6680
    • Create a password and set up a personal profile. We recommend that you review our User Help Guide to more accurately and easily set up your new account profile/password.

    • Payments made by 8 p.m. will post to your account at 8 a.m. the next business day

    • Only the payment locations listed above are affiliated with the County. Payments dropped off at any other location are not processed or posted to your account immediately and could result in an interruption of service.
