The Hillsborough County Small Business Information Center ( SBIC ) has recently partnered with SmallBizU, which teaches the “3M's, ”Money, Marketing, and Management - through free online classes. This no frills curriculum provides small businesses real world tools and information.

Each course is delivered via the internet full of animated slides accompanied by voice-over narration, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, toolsets and access to a comprehensive knowledgebase.
