• Land Judging - Soil and land use competition held every fall for Junior and Senior High Schools throughout Hillsborough County.
• Envirothon - "Environmental Olympics" held every spring for Senior High School students throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
• Public Speaking Contest - Junior and Senior High School students throughout Hillsborough County are given the opportunity to speak on a given environmental issue before a panel of judges.
• Poster Contest - Elementary school students throughout Hillsborough County have the opportunity to display their creative talents and knowledge of a given environmental theme.
