A countywide call center, "Hillsborough County InfoL!ne 272-5900," open 7 a.m. - 11 p.m., seven days a week. It receives more than 145,000 citizen requests for county services via telephones, fax and e-mail; handles complaints quickly and courteously; and disseminates accurate information and appropriate referrals to community social service and health agencies and county offices.
