To request a payoff quote for a Capacity Assessment (CAU), Reclaimed Water Assessment (RW) or an Infrastructure Assessment (IAU):

Paying off an assessment in advance is optional. The assessment payment is billed annually over a 20 year period as a non ad-valorem line item on your property tax bill until it is paid in full. More detailed information
