Land Development Code

The Land Development Code (LDC) contains all of the rules and regulations governing how you can use and develop the land in Hillsborough County. You can find guidelines in the LDC covering zoning, natural resources, development options, design and operating standards, as well as information on agencies, boards and administration. We also periodically amend the LDC and welcome public comments.
