Land Use, LUHO & ZHM Schedule and Agendas

NOTICE: Updated information for new PD and MM applications

Beginning August 19, 2022, all new Planned Development (PD) and Major Modification (MM) applications must undergo a sufficiency review meeting after submittal. Cut-off dates for the December 2022 ZHM meeting and beyond have been adjusted to accommodate this change.

Zoning applicants should familiarize themselves with the zoning process and available resources, including the requirements for public notice and subsequent public hearing prior to approval. Complete applications should be filed following the appropriate submittal instructions to receive a hearing date.

  2. Land Use Hearing Officer (LUHO) Schedule and Agendas

    LUHO Meeting Information

    • Meetings start at 10 AM, unless otherwise noted
    • Hybrid LUHO Meetings will be held at at the County Center - 2nd Floor Boardroom - 601 E. Kennedy Blvd. in Downtown Tampa
    • LUHO meetings will include Special Use applications. This will consolidate applications for which LUHO has approval authority into the same meeting and provide additional meeting time for longer agendas

    Hybrid Meetings (In-person and Virtual)

    Interested parties can participate either virtually or in-person. For more information on the hybrid format visit our Speak at a Hybrid LUHO Meeting page.
