Navigating a New Labyrinth
Change is good-right? Then why is it so scary?
It's catalyst for growth and transformation and sometimes it happens at your own hand-more often than not, it's due to circumstances you do not directly control. Navigating unchartered territory takes a lot of guts and know how. There are plenty turns, dead-ends and roundabouts; full of emotional highs and lows. It is uncomfortable and confusing to say the least and can leave you questioning your own value.
You are not alone. More professionals than ever are forging new life and career paths. Whether you are a transitioning Veteran, a tenured business professional or are young and aspiring ready to enter the workforce…change is a powerful conduit for your personal and professional growth.
Please join us as we share ideas and best practices to provide guidance and support to help you Navigate A New Labyrinth. Moderator, Dorothy Patrick is the Principal of Patrick Advisory Services. After more than two decades in corporate leadership roles Dorothy made the decision to pursue her entrepreneurial dream and ventured out on her own. Intrinsically motivated, Dorothy will tell you, "Having the ability every day to make a positive and meaningful impact in the lives of the people I touch is what has always inspired me. It is my calling."
Patrick Advisory Services partners with successful, motivated professionals to conquer the demands of leadership and organizational success. Dorothy is passionate about supporting Veterans as they transition from active duty to civilian life and she commits her time to a variety of local Veteran support organizations.
