Discovering Nature - Photo Scavenger Hunt

Explore Hillsborough County's wild side with us as we search to snap some photos of cool things found in nature. Kids from age 4-12 will enjoy learning about Florida native plants, animals, and ecosystems while searching for 20 things found in the preserve. Everyone that successfully completes the scavenger hunt will earn an awesome Explore our Wild Side sticker!

Things to know

  • Cost: Free
  • Participants should meet at at the Kiosk in the parking lot
  • Weather related cancellations are possible
  • Under 18 must be accompanied by adult
  • Walking/Hiking information:
    • Length: ~1.5 miles
  • Don't forget to bring a camera or phone to capture pictures.
