Adaptive Sports Wheelchair Football Team Tryouts

Join us for our 2023 wheelchair football team tryouts!

The Tampa Bay Wheelchair Buccaneers Football Team is one of nine national teams that compete in the USA Wheelchair Football League (USAWFL). The league is the first of its kind for adults with physical disabilities looking to play America's favorite sport. Learn more about the Tampa Bay Wheelchair Buccaneers Football Team.

Player requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2023
• Must have a permanent physical disability that consistently reduces the function of lower limbs
• Must have an elite performance sport wheelchair
• Must be able to compete in all USA Wheelchair Football League competitions
• Must participate in at least one practice a week between June 19th - November 1st
