Meeting Schedules and Access

The Community Action Board has regular meetings for the Board and Standing committee, as well as various subcommittees. Meetings are added to the list when they are announced.

Accessing Meetings

The public and the media can access the meetings in the following ways:

• Recorded meeting
• Live meeting
  • Email Derek Guida
  • For Board meetings - go to the calendar 30 minutes prior to the meeting start time, find the date of the meeting, click on the meeting name, click on the View Meeting button

Meeting types

• In-person
  
  • All board members, participants, and attendees meet in-person at the physical location
  • Meeting will take place at various locations around the County (announced prior to the meeting)
• Hybrid
  • A quorum of the board meets in-person, all others choose if the want to attend virtually or in-person at the location indicated
  • View the schedule for the location for board members  
  • Location may change for each meeting, check back closer to the meeting date to verify location
• Virtual
  • All board members and other participants access the meeting virtually
