56th Street Infrastructure Assessment
- Project description: The purpose of the 56th Street Infrastructure Assessment is to evaluate how well the current transportation, utility, and stormwater infrastructure will support infill, redevelopment, and economic development consistent with the Targeted Redevelopment Program goals. A list of recommended actions is detailed in the last section and provides a summary of needed improvements, assessment measures, and improvement benefits that can be used to help prioritize and identify specific projects for further scope development.
- Location: The 56th Street Redevelopment Area is bounded by E. Sligh Avenue to the north, Hillsborough Avenue/State Road 580 to the south, Orient Road to the east, and 50th Street/State Road 583 to the west.

Gibsonton Area Network Analysis
- Project description: The study is being undertaken to identify and assess the potential congestion relief projects in the Gibsonton area of Hillsborough County. The study will focus on analyzing the performance of the local roadway network and recommend sets of potential transportation improvements. This may include capacity, intersection, and new corridor development improvements within this area.
- Location: The project limits are the Alafia River to the north, Hillsborough Bay to the west, Symmes Road to the south, and US 301 to the east

I-4 Infrastructure Assessment
- Project description: A planning level analysis to examine the capacity and quality of existing infrastructure, land, transportation, and public utilities as it relates to the I-4 corridor, and recommendations for capital investment, growth, and quality of life enhancements for the future.
- Location: The project limits are Big Bend Road from US Highway 41 to US Highway 301, with the study area encompassing the road plus an additional 1 mile surrounding buffer

Lithia Pinecrest Network Analysis
- Project description: A high-level analysis to identify and assess potential alternatives to the widening of Lithia Pinecrest Road from Fishhawk Boulevard to Lumsden Road. The study tests various combinations of transportation improvements to see which combination has the potential to improve the network in the greater Brandon area. The network approach to this study is different from other corridor or intersection specific studies, in that the performance of improvements or alternatives were evaluated for a larger study area.
- Location: The study area included corridors and intersections extending from south of SR 60 / Brandon Blvd to the Alafia River and east from I-75 and Falkenburg Rd to Lithia Pinecrest Rd.

South County Integrated Mobility Study
- Project description: The South County Integrated Mobility Study Phase I looks at baseline transportation and land use conditions in South County. It examines when, where and how far people travel in and through the area for both work and other purposes. It then looks at the types of places people travel to and determines how compact and walkable they are or how auto oriented they are. This information helps us understand the types of multimodal transportation options that can be provided.
- Location: The project limits are generally bounded by the Alafia River to the north, the Urban Service Area (USA) boundary to the east and south, and Tampa Bay to the west.
