What we do
The Customer Service & Support department assists the community with enhanced access to County services and facilitates communication with officials and staff. The department answers questions and gives assistance to the public regarding County government’s services, and serves as an intake center for the public’s reports of needs or concerns throughout the county. In addition, the department works to engage individuals, groups, neighborhoods, and other stakeholders with County government initiatives, projects, and programs.
