To sign up to speak, please fill out the online Phosphate Hearing Master Public Comment Signup Form. Provisions to submit written comments is provided for below. The Chairman will call on speakers by name. Prioritization is on a first-come first-served basis. The signup form closes 30-minutes prior to the start of each meeting.
What does it mean if the meeting is marked as a hybrid meeting?
A hybrid meeting is the board members meets in-person at a physical location and participants can choose to participate in-person or virtually. You do not need to sign-up in advance to speak if you are attending in-person, but it is encouraged. Those wishing to participate virtually must use the online form to sign-up.
Please note: Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 conditions, meeting types may change. Check the calendar listing for all meetings closer to the date of the one you wish to speak at.
Public comment information
- Up to three minutes are allowed for each speaker
- All audiovisual presentations such as Power Points, digital photos, audio, and video files for Public comments are not accepted at this time for virtual meetings. Please refer back to this page for future updates.
