AAYA Cheer

Description: Learn choreographed pom-pom and dance routines, along with jumps, stunts, and other skills.

Homeschool - PE, Play, Skills and Drills

Description: Each Homeschool Wheel is 6 weeks long. Participants will engage in Playground Fitness, Flag Games, Ball Games, and Team Sports, developing the fundamental skills, learning the rules, having fun and practicing good Sportsmanship.

Karate Class (Tae Kwon Do)

Description: Teaches Tia Kwon do, focusing on courtesy, Integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.

Okinawan Karate

Description: Okinawa Seidokan is a well rounded martial art consisting of kicking, punching, and blocking techniques of karate, the throwing and joint-locking techniques of Aiki-jujutsu (Toide) and the traditional weaponry of Okinawa (Kobudo - i.e. the Bo, Sai, Tonfa, and Kama).

Pickle Ball

Description: Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. Beginners are welocmed. Lessons will be taught along with interactive play.
