$2 per vehicle. Up to 8 people per vehicle.


Dead River Conservation Park is closed due to road damage caused by flooding. At this time we do not know when we will be able to repair the road and re-open the park. For more information and updates, please call the park office at (813) 987-6211.


Dead River Conservation Park is a remote park where a nature enthusiast can truly escape into the wilderness. Leave the busy world behind and take a stroll on the park's secluded two-mile nature trail that travels alongside the Hillsborough River, or bring your kayak and enjoy a day paddling and wildlife viewing.

  • Monday - Thursday the park is only open to pedestrian traffic
