Hillsborough Commissioners Seek Applications for the HART Board

Applications are due on Oct. 1, 2020

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Sept. 4, 2020) - This board is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while building solutions to support Hillsborough County's needs now, and into the future. Residents interested in seeking appointment must reside in and be registered voters in the unincorporated area of Hillsborough County.

Three terms are expiring. Terms are for three years. Citizens appointed to this board will be required to file an annual financial disclosure.

Meeting schedule: Monthly, 1st Monday, 9:00 AM

These are voluntary positions and members serve without compensation. Applicants must submit a completed Questionnaire for County Appointments and a Standards of Conduct form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Forms are available on the County's website at: Click on the "Government" link on the top of the page, then the "Boards and Committees" link. The forms can be filled out and printed, then scanned and emailed, faxed, or mailed.

All forms must be signed and dated, and all questions must be answered in entirety to be eligible.
The application is due by close of business on October 1, 2020. Appointments will be scheduled for a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners in October 2020.
