Hillsborough to Fund Affordable Housing Complex in Riverview

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Nov. 16, 2022) - The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners today approved $6.2 million in funding to build a 116-unit affordable housing apartment complex in Riverview.

All units will be rented at below market rates to residents making 80% or less of the area's median income. About $4.7 million of the cost will come from the County's Local Affordable Housing Fund and $1.5 million from the State Housing Initiative Program.

The complex will be built at Mathog Road and Gibsonton Drive and owned and operated by Fulham Terrace Ltd.
