Hillsborough County Encourages Property Owners to Report Damage Caused by Hurricane Idalia
Hillsborough County's Office of Emergency Management and emergency response teams continue to assess residential and commercial damages caused by Hurricane Idalia.
The Office of Emergency Management is asking residential and commercial property owners to contact the County if they sustained any damage or loss to their properties due to Hurricane Idalia. Staff will evaluate and document the damage and provide the information to state and federal agencies
Hillsborough County residential and commercial property owners can report property loss or damage from the storm by visiting HCFLGov.net/IdaliaRecovery or completing the form at Hurricane Idalia Post-Storm Damage Assessment. The information will be routed to the appropriate County department, which will respond within 72 hours.
The form is live now. However, residential and commercial property owners who need assistance completing the form can call Hillsborough County Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at (813) 272-5900, and select Option 9. The Call Center will open on Monday, Sept. 11
