Spectrum TV Technical Issues Causes Hillsborough Television (HTV) Channel Outage

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Nov. 9, 2023) - Hillsborough Television (HTV), Hillsborough County's government access channel, is currently experiencing technical issues on the Spectrum cable system. The issue is affecting several channels on Spectrum's lineup, and HTV is currently not broadcasting on Spectrum. Spectrum technicians are working toward restoration but have no estimated timeline for its restoration on the network. HTV is unaffected on Frontier channel 22.

HTV, which features unique programming highlighting County programs and services, as well as a host of public meetings and public service announcements, is available for free utilizing several other options.
