Are you looking for the perfect crunchy combination of salty and sweet? This heart-healthy trail mix recipe will give you the boost you need for hiking Hillsborough trails or fueling up for the upcoming Senior Games!
What you’ll need
- Raw, unsalted almonds
- Dried strawberry slices
- Dried blueberries
- Dark chocolate chips
- One large mixing bowl, with lid

Gather up your goodies in a large covered bowl and give them a good shake. For this recipe, we’ve used about one cup of each ingredient for our trail mix. Feel free to remix your measurements to suit your flavor or serving preferences.
