Your Best Defense against Heat: Cool, Refreshing Water

Staying hydrated helps prevent overheating during the (seemingly) endless summer

Temperatures are soaring into the 90s. Are you, your family, and pets prepared to cope with the unrelenting heat of late spring and summer?

Stay indoors during the hottest times of the day; wear loose clothing, a hat, and sunglasses when venturing outside; and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
