How Hillsborough County Keeps Standards High

Behind the scenes look into how Code Enforcement officers keep the County in top shape

From uprooting eyesores and enforcing minimum housing maintenance standards to hosting community cleanup events and inspecting commercial swimming pools as part of their drowning prevention initiative - Code Enforcement Officers actively work to keep Hillsborough County a great place to live, work, and play.

In the past year alone, Code Enforcement performed nearly 38,000 inspections, removed more than 45,000 illegal snipe signs, and proactively hosted community cleanup events for residents of under-served communities.
