Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of grant management experience
- In-depth knowledge and management of HUD-funded programs such as CDBG, HOME, ESG, and State SHIP.

Performs professional and advanced analytical work to provide solutions to the structure, policies, processes, and operations of Affordable Housing projects, grants management, interfacing with State and Federal funding agencies, Clerk's office, and budget support for programs, to achieve goals. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of proprietary software and databases that support HUD funded and state funded projects. In addition, the position requires an in depth knowledge of banking and underwriting experience to contribute to term negotiations, extrapolate software data for uploading, comparison, data analytics, predictive analysis, and data migration with the County's fiscal software and HUD, IDIS, and DRGR systems.
Salary: $58,385.60 - $93,392.00/year
