Featured Job: Procurement Operations Coordinator
Manages other employees who work with assigned County agencies and departments to plan and implement procurements that result in the acquisition of a wide variety of commodities and services to include construction and CCNA projects. Ensures that County projects are accomplished within the established key performance indicators (KPIs) of the client's projected schedules and budgets. Provides centralized procurement to avoid duplication of effort and inconsistency in processes, providing controls necessary for legal and procedural compliance to avoid protests, to promote harmonious relationships with the vendor community, and to promote public trust. Expedites procurement actions which will result in a reduction of procurement cycle times for end users while promoting County procurement opportunities to the vendor marketplace, while being fair and equitable in the treatment of all vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public/Business Administration, Supply Management, Business Management, Business Technology, Communications, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Project Management
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience procuring commodities and services, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Driver's license
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below. (For education and experience only, does not include legally required Licenses or Certifications.)
Salary: $32.18 - $53.09 US Dollar (USD) Hourly
