Find a Property’s Building Footprint/Total Gross Area
Follow these steps:
1. Use the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Property Search Tool (use full site on a laptop
or desktop computer, not a mobile device)
2. Search by Address
3. Select Parcel Result tab
4. Scroll to the Building Sub Areas section for the Total Gross Area
