Overview

If your trash or recycling cart is damaged, you can request a repair or replace it.

Attention: Roll Cart Delivery Delays through May 30
Customers can expect delays in delivery of new and replacement roll carts until May 30, 2022. Solid Waste Management has mobilized additional resources to work through a significant delivery backlog and is prioritizing customers without carts or with badly damaged carts that prevent service collection. We appreciate our customers' understanding and patience during this period. After May 30, we anticipate carts to be delivered within 7-10 days of the original request.

How To

  1. Call Solid Waste Customer Service at (813) 272-5680
  2. You can also request a new or repaired trash or recycling container by clicking the report button     
  3. Solid Waste Management will repair or replace the cart within three days, or on your next garbage collection day
