Hillsborough County has economic recovery financial assistance programs available to assist local nonprofits economically damaged by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The funding is part of a financial assistance program and does not need to be paid back.
Financial assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and while funding remains available. It is recommended that nonprofit organizations complete their application all at once to ensure that it is submitted before the funding is exhausted.
Nonprofit organizations are able to apply for multiple R3 nonprofit programs, if eligible, but total funding will not exceed $250,000 per applicant.
For-profit businesses economically damaged by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic may be eligible under the Kickstart Small Business financial assistance program.
