Overview

Hillsborough County's Annual Conservation Parks Pass program and our boat ramp pass program allows participants to enjoy the area's best parks and surrounding waters year round without having to pay a fee each time they visit.

Fees

  • $50 - Individual Annual Conservation Parks Pass entrance pass hang tag
    • Hillsborough County Residents who are 100% disabled receive a 50% discount on the issuance of annual park individual entrance passes
    • First Responders living, or working, in Hillsborough County receive a 25% discount on the issuance of annual park individual entrance passes
    • All BOCC Employees and Hillsborough County residents age 65 and older also receive a 25% discount on the issuance of annual park individual entrance passes
    • Must provide proof of disability, residency, and/or age
    • Please be advised that, because of eligibility requirements, discounted* pass purchases must be completed in person at one of our administrative offices
  • $100 - Family Annual Conservation Parks entrance pass hang tag (up to 8 people in one vehicle)
    • Hillsborough County Residents who are 100% disabled receive a 50% discount on the issuance of annual park family entrance passes
    • First Responders living, or working, in Hillsborough County receive a 25% discount on the issuance of annual park family entrance passes
    • All BOCC Employees and Hillsborough County residents age 65 and older also receive a 25% discount on the issuance of annual park individual entrance passes
    • Must provide proof of disability, residency, and/or age

  • $100 - Annual boat launch pass hang tag 
    • Hillsborough County Residents who are 100% disabled receive a 50% discount on the issuance of annual park family entrance passes
    • First Responders living, or working, in Hillsborough County receive a 25% discount on the issuance of annual park family entrance passes
    • Must provide proof of disability and residency
    • Please be advised that, because of eligibility requirements, discounted* pass purchases must be completed in person at one of our administrative offices
  • *Free - Annual park entry hang tags and boat ramp hang tags are available for veterans who meet the following requirements:
    • live in Hillsborough County
    • honorably discharged and have a service-connected disability
    • Surviving spouses and parents of deceased members of the Armed Forces, National Guard or Reserves who have fallen in combat are also eligible for this benefit
    • Park passes and boat ramp passes are two separate passes - if you need both, you must indicate that when requesting the passes
      • Must provide proof of service connected disability and residency
    • Free annual park entry passes do not include charges for other services, such as camping, canoe rentals and boat ramps
    • Free boat ramp passes only include the use of county boat ramps and do not provide entry into parks or cover charges for camping or canoe rentals
      • Must provide boaters registration for free boat ramp pass
  • *Save 25 percent on your annual park pass if you are a Hillsborough County resident who is an active duty member or honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard or Reserves

*For all free or discounted passes - you must go in-person to either the Conservation Parks or Bell Creek Administrative Office locations (see addresses below). You cannot get free or discounted passes at any other location.

    • See the fees above for eligibility requirements for free and discounted passes
    • Free and discounted passes are not available online or at any other location other than the administrative offices
  • All passes are hangtags and are transferable from vehicle to vehicle

How It Works

  1. Select the park pass that is right for you
  2. Purchase it online or download and complete the Annual Entrance Pass/Boat Launch Form
    • Create an account to purchase passes online
    • The downloadable form is an Adobe fillable form and can't be viewed in some versions of Chrome and Firefox browsers. To fill it out either:
      • Download the form and view it in the Acrobat Adobe Reader or another PDF reader
      • Use a compatible browser
  3. Pay using any of these methods:
    • Online with a credit card
      • You will get a receipt to print out that will act as a temporary pass until your actual pass is mailed to you
    • Visit the one of the Conservation Parks administrative offices Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM for all pass types (individual park, family park, boat launch, free, discounted)
    • Visit one of the following parks during normal park hours for full-priced individual park, family park and boat launch passes (hours vary, click on park location page):
    • Mail the form with a check, money order or credit card information to the Conservation Parks Office, 13173 N Hwy 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592
      • Your pass will be mailed to you
    • Fax the form and credit card payment information to (813) 987-6271
      • Your pass will be mailed to you
