  • A Heat Advisory means that the heat index, or the "feels like" temperature, will be 108 degrees or greater in Hillsborough County
  • An Excessive Heat Warning means that the heat index, or the "feels like" temperature, will be 115 degrees or greater in Hillsborough County

When temperatures reach these levels and without proper precautions, heat-related illness or event death are possible.
