Hillsborough County was audited by Florida’s Legislature’s Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA). This audit reviewed six areas of program delivery and the 25 associated subtasks. The results of the audit show that Hillsborough County “met” the objectives of 21 subtasks, and “partially met” the remaining four audit subtasks. The audit clearly demonstrates that the County has the resources and expertise to deliver a full range of transportation programs and project infrastructure.
